Impact Hub was founded in London in 2005. There are more than 100 Hubs around the globe in more than 50 countries and regions, and we provide 16,000 hubbers with connections, spaces, and localized startup consulting services.

In 2017, Impact Hub Shanghai broke ground in China. Like our worldwide counterparts, we run incubation programs and events, connect members in our co-working space, invest in enterprising and sustainable businesses – all towards the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Along with partners from various governments, corporations and NGOs, Impact Hub Shanghai has used knowledge sharing and training to inspire more than 100 players working towards sustainable solutions.
Together with partners from government, corporates and NGOs who care about sustainability, Impact Hub Shanghai empowers entrepreneurs starting good business to build a new paradigm of sustainable development through entrepreneurship community, incubation support, financial service, and impact investment. Through providing cases and training, Impact Hub Shanghai has inspired more than 100 players working towards solutions.

Impact Investing
SDGs Impact Acceleration Program (IAP), initiated by Impact Hub Shanghai, Makeable, Fang Fund and Flame China, is an innovative platform for startups who bring positive impact to the world. This program, with angel investment, cross-border partners and in-depth mentoring, aims to support startups facing challenges of funding, business model and team building in their early stages.
